This meeting will take place in York on Saturday 24 May. Proposals include amending the constitution to change the name of the organisation to the English Federation for Correspondence Chess. For further information, please contact the Secretary via duncan’dot’chambers’at’york’dot’ac’dot’uk.

England International delegate Andrew Dearnley is currently ill and will be uncontactable for some time. Temporarily, Assistant International Secretary Ian Pheby will help any English player who would normally turn to Andrew for assistance (such as entering ICCF tournaments etc). Congratulations go to Phill Beckett who, after 4 years hard work as an ICCF Tournament Director, has now been awarded the International Arbiter (IA) Title. Well done Phill!

Congratulations to Raymond Burridge, who has won the 2013 Potter/Wason best game prize for his victory over Steve Cole in a BCCA tournament. Thanks to Peter Catt for judging the competition.
