LIPEAD-40 Semi-Finals

This event is organised by the Peruvian Federation. BFCC AGM and EC meeting

This meeting will take place in York on Saturday 24 May. Proposals include amending the constitution to change the name of the organisation to the English Federation for Correspondence Chess. For further information, please contact the Secretary via duncan’dot’chambers’at’york’dot’ac’dot’uk.

England International delegate Andrew Dearnley is currently ill and will be uncontactable for some time. Phill Beckett awarded International Arbiter (IA) Title

Congratulations go to Phill Beckett who, after 4 years hard work as an ICCF Tournament Director, has now been awarded the International Arbiter (IA) Title. Well done Phill!

 

2013 best game prize

The ICCF have announced that entries to the 6th Webchess Open are now being taken. The full message can be viewed here:- http://www.iccf.com/message?message=676  You can enter by ICCF Direct Entry if you wish (direct of the ICCF webserver; cost 7.95 Euros, approx £6.50), or if you are a member of a BFCC affiliated organisation (such as BCCA, Scheming Mind, Natcor, SCCA etc) you can pay a reduced fee of £5.00 by entering via this website. Go to "Tournament Entry" on the left-hand menu and "Online Fee Payment".
