The 2012 Championship Final is now under way, comprising 15 players, 10 of whom are BCCA members including the 2011 Champion Julian Corfield who is defending his title.

5th Webserver Final – Winner
Congratulations to Anthony Balshaw, our reigning champion who has successfully defended his title with a score of 6-8 in the 5th Webserver Final. Mark Eldridge came second on 5-8. BCCA Team Champions again!
We are pleased to announce that the BCCA Team has triumphed for the second year running in the ‘British Correspondence Chess Team Championship.’
Congratulations to:- John Rhodes, Colin Peckham, Ken Bowyer, Stan Grayland, Keith McLaughlin, Les Ellis, Alan Sutton, Edmund Foulds and our Match Captain ‘Barry Hampton.’

Keith McLaughlin is the 2011 Veterans Champion
The 2010/11 British Correspondence Chess Veterans Championship Final has been won by BCCA Member Keith McLaughlin with a score of 7.5/9 half a point ahead of BCCA Member Les Ellis on 7/9. Congratulations to both players on their achievement.
