THE SECRETARY’S TROPHY
This Trophy was originally given to the Club by Bruce Carlin (Secretary at the time) to be awarded to the winner of the first Congress that we held to mark the 20th anniversary of the Club. It was then awarded to the winner of the second Congress to mark our Silver Jubilee in 1992.
The Trophy then fell into disuse (as there were no further Congresses held) until it was revived as a Ratings Prize in 2022, to be awarded to the player whose Scheming Mind Rating was most improved between June the previous year and June of the year in question.
